I recommend that you download this file to you disk and then use a graphics program to examine the file. Most versions of Microsoft Windows ship with the Paint program. The menu selections are

/START/ /Programs/ /Accessories/ Paint

Start the application and then open the file and have fun. You can move left or right and zoom in for more detail.

However, the original file is actually a composite of 6 pictures and is about 12 Mb in size. The one you are downloading has been reduced in content to 450Kb thus a lot of detail has been lost.
